Tom Sap!!

Hi,

First I would like to apologise that I didn't post any new recipes for a week. I was really busy with my exams and my university stuffs.

The recipe for today is Tom Sap. Tom Sap is adapted from Tom Yum in E-San way(North-East of Thailand). Now, Tom Sap is popular all over the country. The taste of Tom Sap is stronger and more spicy than Tom Yum. Ummm.... from talking about the Tom Sap makes me hungry!! Alright! Let's cook it.

Ingredients:

Parsley, A few Lime Leaves, Chilli, Galanga, Onion, Lemon Glass, and meat (Mostly people use Pork and Beef to cook Tom Sap).

Sauces:
4 Table spoons of Fish Sauce
2 Limes
1/2 Tea spoon of Salt
1 Table spoon of Roasted Rice Powder
1 Tea spoon of Sugar

How to cook:
1. Boil some water and put Lime Leaves, Galanga and Lemon Glass in the pot. Wait until the water is boiled, then put the meat in it.
2. Put Fish Sauce, Limes Juice, Salt, Roasted Rice Powder, Chilli and Sugar in the pot. Taste if you like it!! You can put more flavor if you want it more sour or salty. You can also put some chilli powder in if you want it more spicy.
3. Put onion and Parsley in. Wait until it's boiled. Then........ FINISH!!

Easy hah?
